These Terms govern access, activation, use and updates of the site www.getile.com, web or mobile applications, gtCore software and compatible devices. By using the Product the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
2. Product Description
gtCore is a plug & play audio product comprising software components, system logic, optional cloud components, control interfaces and integration features including: audio control and management software; web or app interfaces for remote configuration and control; multi-room, playlist, favourites and library features; third-party service integration; software updates, experimental functions and diagnostic tools.
3. User Account
The user is responsible for the accuracy of data provided, the confidentiality of credentials and all activities carried out through their account. In case of unauthorised access, the user must promptly inform airpim. airpim reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
4. Usage Requirements
The Product is intended for adult users or for subjects using it under parental or guardian supervision. The user declares to use the Product in compliance with applicable law and the rights of third parties.
5. Permitted Use and Prohibitions
Among other things, it is prohibited to: copy, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the software; circumvent security measures or technical limitations; use the Product for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights; upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks or third-party privacy; use automated systems that compromise Platform operation.
6. Third-Party Components and Content
gtCore may integrate with third-party services governed by their own terms of use. airpim is not responsible for the availability or continuity of third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
The site, software, trademark and content are the property of airpim or their respective licensors. Nothing in the Terms transfers ownership rights to the Product.
8. Updates and Modifications
airpim may modify, update or suspend the Product for technical, security or regulatory reasons. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated via the site, email or interface.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided "as available" and "as is". Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, airpim is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, interruptions due to third-party services or improper use of the device.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the user's place of residence has jurisdiction; in all other cases, the Court of Rovereto.

6. Transfers outside the EEA
Any transfers are carried out in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR, on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

- Account data: duration of relationship + period required for obligations or disputes;
- Administrative and accounting data: statutory periods;
- Technical logs: period proportionate to security purposes;
